The fact is that we have a fairly small sales department - only 2 people, I and the sales manager. It is quite difficult for us to quickly respond to customer requests via chat rooms (similar to JivoSite, LiveTex, etc.), because at the same time, some of us may be on display (our office is in the house we sell), someone accepts an incoming call, so when we receive a client’s call from the chat, we cannot respond promptly for objective reasons, which leads to loss lead The idea was to automate the process by creating a bot that owns the basic information on the project being implemented, is able to answer standard questions and, most importantly, is able to get the Client's phone number, which we could call back later. Colleagues from the "AI-chat" found for us such a solution - CHAT-BOT, which was loaded with data about our project.
